Lanzi Florence

Florence Lanzi is a second-year PhD candidate at the Center for Social Economy and at the Agro Bio Tech within the Université de Liège (Belgium). Her research interests are sustainable production and consumption and more specifically her work currently focuses on proximity-based food systems. She holds a master degree in Economics with specialization in Ecological Economics, but uses multidisciplinary approaches.
