Petya Puncheva-Michelotti

Petya Puncheva is Professor of Management and Strategy at Rennes School of Business, France. Her research focuses on work, participatory decision making, and relational and communication practices in organising. Her recent work examines how organising processes within public and social economy contexts address challenges of decent work, ageing, and social inclusion. She currently leads a European research project (SONYA) on the role of the social economy in fostering inclusive, participatory, and relational forms of organising in older adult care and community‑based services.
