Tamara Bilbija

Tamara is a PhD candidate at the University Jaume I with research that focuses on the well-being of workers in work integration social enterprises. She is particularly interested in concepts of meaningful work, prosocial motivation and employees well-being. Graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad and held a Master in Management at Jaume I University.
